THE WESTIN VALENCIA – Perfectly located to enjoy Valencia’s historic heartland. It’s one block to walk across the pretty flower-lined Puente de las Flores bridge over the Turia Gardens and you’re in the centre, putting many landmark attractions within a mile. Alternatively, the Aragón metro station is less than 0.2 miles away.

CARO HOTEL – The hotel is on a lovely, narrow street in Valencia’s historic Old Town, with the pretty Túria gardens just a few hundred yards from the door. Many of Valencia’s top landmarks are just a few minutes’ strolls away, such as the 13th-century cathedral, La Seu de València. The modernist El Mercat Central, one of the largest markets in Europe, is half a mile and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento square a little further.

HOSPES PALAU DE LA MAR – It’s certainly a top location to enjoy Valencia’s main sights. Plus, it’s one street away from the pretty Puente de las Flores floral bridge over the Turia park, providing a green lung from the old city to the modern City of Arts and Sciences. You can walk to the iconic Plaza del Ayuntamiento square in 10 minutes, which is just over half a mile (1 km) away, but it’s sure to take longer with so many boutiques, historic buildings, and cafés to stop you in your tracks. The hotel is called Palau De La Mar because it used to have views of the sea before the city developed.Coffee Tables GIF Boca do LoboWHERE TO EATDont-Miss-Out-On-Hábitat-Valencia-2019-7

RICARD CAMARENA – One of Spain’s most innovative chefs, Camarena swiftly acquired a Michelin star when he opened his restaurant in the trendy Ruzafa neighbourhood. Expect the very best Mediterranean ingredients prepared in highly creative ways. Adjoining the restaurant, Camarena also opened the buzzy Canalla Bistro and he has a superb tapas bar in the Central Market too, called Central Bar.
