MERCATBAR – Quique Dacosta holds three Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in Denia and had an instant success of his hands with this Valencia gastro bar, which serves great tapas and rice dishes. No booking, but worth queueing. Dacosta also runs another gastro bar, Vuelve Carolina with El Poblet restaurant upstairs, which has a Michelin star.
